Maruti manufactures charging cars with Toyota-Testing Start Next Month

Maruti Suzuki India has adopted a new strategy even before the country has enough infrastructure for electric cars. The company has developed a hybrid electric vehicle that will charge itself while running. Maruti Suzuki is working with Toyota on the HEV project. Most of the electric vehicles will be used as there is not enough charging facility in the country. Until this problem is resolved, Maruti will focus on Suzuki hybrid cars (self-charging). In terms of electric vehicles, MSI is behind companies like Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra. Self-charging cars are cars that run on petrol and diesel just like normal vehicles. 


Which also generates energy to charge the battery as the wheels rotate. Battery Works as an additional power unit for the car. This way the self-charging car runs on both battery and fuel. According to MSI, testing programs for some self-charging cars with Toyota will begin next month. Suzuki launched the hybrid electric car Swas in Europe last year. His partner was Toyota. With a 3.6 kWh battery and a 1.8 liter petrol engine, the car has a mileage of 27 km per liter.
